Valia’s strength is her extensive knowledge of commercial furniture, her strong relationships with manufacturers and clients, and her proactive attitude. She has successfully delivered many large and complex projects within Australia and around the world such as The House of Representatives at Parliament House. As the Principal she has personally developed the robust internal INO processes to ensure that all projects reflect INO’s integrity and professionalism. Every quality brought out in INO Interiors is a quality that is a part of Valia herself.
Valia has a farm near Canberra and her home / work life revolves around a busy schedule with INO and the new farm business of Long Paddock Eggs that are now selling into the Canberra market.

Jenny has extensive experience in the furniture Industry. Her passion for furniture form and design began at an early age working as a cabinetmaker for 10 years. Her interest and technical skills based in this Industry is reflected in her ability to manage products from manufacture through to ordering, shipment, delivery and installation. Jenny’s work ethic and proactive attitude contribute greatly to all projects she manages, whilst bringing spirit and enthusiasm to all she does. Though Jenny will be the first to laugh along with you, she is also thought to be the straightforward, strong-headed member of the team!
Growing up on a Queensland farm, Jenny is also a director of the farm business – Long Paddock Eggs.
